Kitchener Rangers to once again take part in Tim Hortons Camp Day

The Kitchener Rangers will again participate in Tim Hortons Camp Day on Wednesday, May 31st.

The┬áteam will have a presence on hand from 12pm – 1pm at the Tim Hortons King and Borden location in Kitchener (925 King Street East).

100% of proceeds from all coffee sales and public donations on May 31st go to the┬áTim Horton Children’s Foundation.

The Tim Horton Children’s Foundation is dedicated to fostering within children the quest for a brighter future.

1 in 6 children across Canada and the United States live in economically disadvantaged homes. For these children, opportunities and environments that promote their growth into healthy individuals are often limited.

A Foundation camp experience provides programs to help these children develop lifelong skills. When they return home, they bring with them a positive attitude about their future, and the confidence to achieve goals they learned to set for themselves.

Tim Hortons largest single fundraising initiative is Camp Day, a 24-hour period when restaurant owners donate the proceeds of all coffee sales and public donations to the Foundation.
