Jeff Johnston assigned to Kitchener Dutchmen

The Kitchener Rangers have announced that Jeff Johnston has cleared waivers and has been assigned to the Kitchener Dutchmen of the Mid-Western Jr. B League.

Johnston, 18, played in 17 games for the Rangers last season, compiling a 2-10-1 record with a 3.53 goals against average.

The Rangers home opener is this Friday, September 21 against the Sarnia Sting. Game time is 7:30pm at The Aud.
