Thank you for participating in the Kitchener Rangers Grow a Mo With Thom-o Challenge!
Rangers’ left winger Ben Thomson grew a mustache in support of Movember. Fans joined in and grew their Mo with Thom-o and one lucky person WON a $1,000 donation made in their name to Movember*.
During November each year, Movember is responsible for the sprouting of moustaches on thousands of men’s faces, in Canada and around the world. With their “Mo’s”, these men raise vital funds and awareness for men's health, specifically prostate cancer.
Fans chose their Mo style, chevron, connoisseur, handlebar, painter’s brush or a Fu Manchu! Thom-o suggested printing the mustache collection below, cutting them out and testing them out. CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD MO's
Participants then sent in a photo of their MO for a chance to win $1,000 donated in their name to MOVEMBER. Deadline for submission was 4:00pm on November 28th. As photos were submitted they were be posted to our MO GALLERY. Thomson will announce the winning MO shortly. Complete prizing included:
- $1,000 donation made by the Rangers in the name of the winner to Movember
- Two suite tickets for the Rangers home game on December 9, 2012.
- Recognition on the Rangers Centre Ice Video Board during the game on December 9, 2012.
- Bragging rights!
