Biography
Acquired by the Kitchener Rangers in the 3rd round, 43rd overall in the 2009 OHL Priority Selection.
Fanelli was named co-MVP of the Rangers in 2012-13 after leading all defenceman with a +23 rating and recording a career-best 23 points. . He is also the founder of Head Strong: Fanelli 4 Brain Injury Awareness and the author of the 'Keeping Head Strong' blog.
Fanelli was named Most Popular Player at the Kitchener Rangers Annual Awards Banquet in 2012 and 2013.
