Season Ticket Update

As we continue to receive information from the provincial and municipal governments as well as the League office, it is incredibly important for everyone to understand that this season will be different. There is no playbook to work from, but we are committed to the health and safety of every stakeholder (players, fans, staff, billets, parents & partners) who enters The Aud for a game

Due to the uncertainty of attendance levels at our home games we have decided to suspend all season tickets for the 2020–21 season.

We feel this is a required step to appropriately plan for the 2021-22 season.

All Season Ticket Members should please check your email for next steps and information.

Should you have any questions relating to previous payment and/or refunds, please contact Nikki Tremblay, Events & Guest Services Assistant Supervisor, The City of Kitchener at

Should you have any questions regarding this update and the Kitchener Rangers 2020-21 season please contact us at

We can’t thank you enough for your ongoing support of our players and organization.

We hope that this finds you and your family safe and well. See you all back at The Aud soon!
