Sun Life Home Goals program raises $6,750 for Kids In Gear

The Kitchener Rangers announced today that this season’s Sun Life Home Goals program raised $6,750 in support of Sun Life Kids In Gear.

For every Rangers goal scored on home ice during the 2019/20 regular season, Sun Life donated $50 towards Kids In Gear. This year’s home goal total was 135 over 31 games at The Aud.

The proceeds will support the Sun Life Kids In Gear program with collecting and purchasing hockey equipment for youth who require financial support in the Kitchener-Waterloo community. Launched in August 2010, the program also provides financial assistance with playing fees for families.
