Cory Birk


Athletic Therapist

Cory is a Certified Athletic Therapist as well as a Registered Physiotherapist.  He graduated from York University with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology as well as a Certficate in Athletic Therapy.  He then went on to graduate with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto.

Cory was the Athletic Therapist with the Listowel Cyclones of the Greater Ontario Junior Hockey League (GOJHL) for nine seasons.  He was a part of the Cyclones teams that won back to back Cherrey Cups in 2016-17 and 2017-18, as well as the teams first ever Sutherland Cup championship in 2017-18.  Cory received the Ontario Hockey Association’s (OHA) Trainer of the Year award in 2017-18.  He also works as a physiotherapist at New Horizons Rehabilitation in Listowel, ON.

Cory currently resides with his wife and two children in Listowel.
