Thirty-eight new Canadians were sworn in as Canadian citizens at The Aud on January 1st prior to our New Year’s Day game against the Peterborough Petes. Local member of Parliament Raj Saini and members of the Kitchener Rangers Board of Directors welcomed the new Canadians as they took their Oath of Citizenship. The ceremony was held in partnership with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada and the Kitchener Rangers.

The 38 new Canadians sang along with the crowd and Danielle Guistini-Crouse and Joanna Guistini-Wilkinson as they performed the national anthem for the first time as Canadian Citizens.
