Due to the recent tragedy in the United States, the Kitchener Rangers season opener against the Guelph Storm scheduled for tonight (Friday) has been postponed until Sunday, September 16 at 6:30pm.
David Branch, Commissioner of the Ontario Hockey League, announced that in recognition of the International Day of Mourning on Friday September 14, all games scheduled for Friday, September 14 have been postponed.
The Rangers home opener scheduled for next Friday, September 21 vs Sarnia Sting will be played as originally scheduled. Game time is 7:30pm.
