Health and Safety questions regarding COVID-19 will be updated on our FAQ page.
The Kitchener Rangers are excited to provide you with more details regarding our move to digital ticketing this year, as mentioned in our previous communications. We are moving in line with other organizations and keeping on top of industry standards by processing less paper and putting power in the hands of our loyal fans.
Mobile ticketing is the safest, quickest and most cost-effective way for you to receive your tickets. With this new process Rangers fans are in control and can store tickets on their Apple or Android device, transfer tickets to friends/family/staff/clients at the push of a button and manage their own account.
The flexibility, security and convenience that mobile ticketing presents are only a few of the many benefits you as a Kitchener Rangers fan can expect to experience moving forward.
Mobile tickets use email or text messaging to send tickets directly to your device after purchase and are optimized for display. Mobile ticketing will reduce frequent issues related to printed tickets including theft, shipping delays, lost tickets etc.
In order to reap the benefits of Rangers Mobile Ticketing, season ticket members must possess a smartphone (apple/android) and have access to the internet. If you do not use a smart device, or, if you have any questions about mobile ticketing or the upcoming season, please contact Zach Foss at email@example.com or 519.576.3700 x238.
Please keep an eye on your inbox over the next few weeks for further information on Kitchener Ranger’s mobile ticketing and for details on processing final season ticket payments.
Thank you for your ongoing support of the Kitchener Rangers Hockey Club. We are excited to welcome you back to The Auditorium for the 2021-22 Kitchener Rangers season.
